WGZ BANKWGZ BANKDZ BANK an WGZ BANK have agreed to resume talks on a merger between the two cooperative central banks as well as on strategic and structural developments with regard to the local cooperative banks.
An agreement is foreseen for the first half of 2009. It has been agreed that silence shall be maintained on the content of the talks.
